By downloading, installing, or using PaintPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

PaintPro is a paint calculation tool designed to help users estimate the amount of paint needed for their projects. The App provides calculations based on user-provided measurements and industry-standard coverage rates.

Disclaimer of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate calculations, PaintPro is intended as an estimation tool only. Actual paint requirements may vary based on:

• Surface conditions and preparation
• Paint brand and quality
• Application method
• Color changes (dark to light or vice versa)
• User measurement accuracy

We recommend purchasing slightly more paint than calculated to account for variations. PaintPro is not responsible for under or over-estimation of paint quantities.

Subscriptions

PaintPro offers optional Pro subscriptions with additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your subscription with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair it

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PaintPro are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaintPro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
